Our Reception Team can assist you with scheduling the services you’re seeking and pairing you with the appropriate Design Team member as well. We require a credit card (e.g. Visa, Master Card, AMEX) to secure your appointment when scheduling.
At Salon Eva Michelle, we’re committed to delivering the optimal total customer experience and it starts before you even sit down in the hair designer’s chair. Appointments can be booked with our seasoned Reception Team by telephone or online. Additionally, walk-ins are always welcome.

Have limited time? No worries. Our online booking system is equipped with everything you need to schedule your next appointment efficiently. If it is your first time with the stylist, kindly note you must book a consultation first! If it your first time visiting the salon, someone from our reception team will contact you to obtain a credit card to secure your appointment. When booking cut and color, always book color first. While a blow dry is included with a haircut, it will need to be scheduled separately if you’re only booking a color.
Day of your Appointment
To ensure we can deliver the optimal total customer service, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. However, if you’re running late, please contact a member of our Reception Team and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask you contact a member of our Reception Team. Cancellations are made by telephone only. As of September 1, 2021, Salon Eva Michelle requires a 48 hour cancellation notice or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services and cancelling or missing an appointment within 24 hours will be a 100% charge of services booked.
